Hardware Product Development Engineer

Aerotek's client are looking for two contract Hardware Development Engineers to join their growing team.

The Hardware Development Engineers will be working on full product development of two new products and one pilot product from concept to manufacture. These products involve new wireless technology, low power electronics and power harvesting. The successful Hardware Engineers must come from a product development background and have experience with full product life cycle including product specification, design verification and validation, and liaising with internal and external teams. The hardware design will mostly be of digital electronic components from paper and prototypes and will involve some mixed board design, experience of this is essential as is experience in low power products. Experience with analogue design or wireless technologies is desirable.

This is a potential long contract opportunity which will extend though out 2013 with a growing company who are expanding their product divisions globally.
