Hardware Field Support Engineer

Green Light are looking for a Hardware Support Engineer to deliver excellent customer service and support to our clients,

The role will involve use of your own transport and regular local travel across different client sites. You will have excellent customer service experience and have the ability to work in a team with a range of different levels from senior engineers to Architects,

To be considered for this role you must have the following:- - Must have our own transport (you will be reimbursed for Fuel and parking etc)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good background knowledge of Hardware and infrastructure technologies
- 1-3 years experience in a similar position

Ideally you will have experience with the following:- - Hardware Break- Fix experience
- Basic Networking principles
- Rack and Stack - server and storage
- Basic Server and Storage administration
- Basic VMware administration

You must have an appropriate working visa for Australia to be considered as there are no sponsorship opportunities on offer.
