Hardware Engineer

My client is looking for an Experienced RF Designer/Researcher to join their team in Helsinki Finland. This is an ongoing project and on of critical importance to future products.

Lead the technology planning and implementation of 4.5G/5G terminal RF Front End.
Lead and define 4.5G/5G terminal antenna and RF Front End architecture, RF Front End to antenna interface optimization, components roadmap and prototype RF system solution.
Lead and participate in the development of the next generation of terminal products and RF circuit system design, link budget, platform & front design, device selection, schematic design, layout stacking and board verification, etc.
Leading terminal RF platform and the Front End technology research, promote technology research results of product landing, for the future of company terminal product competitiveness contribution value.
Keep track on the prototype development and plan for improvement.

Qualifications Required:
M.Sc. degree in electromagnetic field and microwave technology, electrical engineering, microwave circuits or related majors.
8 years or above working experience in RF circuit platform related to mobile phone, and experience in RF Front End design.
Knowledge of RF circuit, simulation tool, design and debug and text experience of RF circuit.
Familiar with the mainstream platform and capable of RF Front End design, link budget, device specification development, block diagram design, schematic design and debugging verification capabilities.
Familiar with PCB board and whole device interference mechanism.
Understand the basic communication principle of 2G/3G/4G/4.5G/5G and radio frequency index, familiar with RF test instrument.
Knowledge of basic index of antenna.
Understand the overall stack and project development process of intelligent terminal products
Capable of understand the new technology, new processing and developing trend of mobile phone RF Front End
As the main designers, technical scheme has great innovation significance in the mobile phone RF Front End solutions, having invention patent is better.
Master the principles of RF Front End devices, technology, process, communication principle and so on.
Experience of the MIMO, CA research background, studying throughput performance researcher is better.
