Hardware Architekt Kombiinstrument (m/w)

Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Hardware Architekt Kombiinstrument für die Automotive Branche.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
+ Concept phase: evaluate different concepts; preparing proposals for customer´s decision (advantage / disadvantage of the concepts; give indication on most risky technical topics); make proposals for EE architecture and product architecture; documentation of concept in presentations and block diagrams.
+ Schematic design with Zuken CR5000 Release 16
+ Layout reviews and optimization with Layout designer using Zuken CR5000 Release 16
+ HW/SW interface description
+ Create Test concept, write test plan for development tests and prepare production test with 1st version of production test preparation
+ Initial launch of the first electronic PCBs with first basic tests in HW
+ Test HW with 1st Sample incl. mechanical Parts and SW (HW System Test), incl. EMC2nd Phase (outlook to the project; not to be offered now)

+ Test and optimize Sample after delivery to customer
+ Second development loop with same tasks as in the first loop (for “proof of concept”)Focus in the 2nd loop is optimizing the architecture and the concept, fix the HW and the layout, and optimizing for production; make tests with the updated HW and System.

+ Optimize planning to reach the tough timing and the technical targets.

Tech. Fähigkeiten:
+ Certified engineer
+ experienced in Design oder Automotive Displays oder Infotainment Systems
+ expericed in using ZUKEN CR5000
+ Hardware Design
+ Hardware testing
+ Automotive
