Hardware Architect Embedded Processor Systems

For this contract position with a world renowned company, the Hardware Architect will align the Hardware Architectural Specification with the current RTL and existing specifications. S/He will work closely with architects, RTL and FW design teams to create a comprehensive architectural specification.

REQUIREMENTS

- 6-8 years of RTL development experience
- 3-4 years of hardware architecture specification development
- Direct experiencing defining and implementing Embedded processor systems (cache-based and cacheless), hardware engines, low-level program engines, standards-based interfaces (USB, UART, etc.), and other custom digital solutions
- Direct experience developing silicon IP using Verilog/VHDL RTL
- Direct experience documenting high level architectural concepts and low level micro-architecture specifications
- Direct experience working in team environments with architects, RTL designers/validation, and FW implementation teams

NICE TO HAVE

- ARC6xx Embedded Processor background
- ROM-based Embedded Systems
- Bluetooth Standards
