HANDSET TESTER APPLICATIONS - NFC and RCS TESTING - PARIS
IOT APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

My client is a leading mobile telecommunications organisation and they are in need of a skilled IOT Engineer/Handset Applications Tester with strong NFC and RCS experience to join their team on a contract basis in Paris in order to carry out mobile application tests on smartphone and tablets/devices
The Successful applicant will possess all of the following:

*Exposure to applications testing such as MS Exchange; Push Email; Browser; DRM; Progressive Download; OMA; Bluetooth; Social Network; Phonebook management; Streaming; Java VM; SMS; MMS; etc.
*Some exposure to applications log analysis including Physical, MAC, RLC, RRC, TCP, HTTP, RTSP and RTP
*An understanding of 3GPP and OMA specs is a distinct advantage
*Previous experience in a similar role for either a carrier/operator or a mobile devices manufacturer.
*Assist with documentation and producing briefings and test plans for the engineers.
*Issue tracking and management
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong technical ability and use of Microsoft Office Suite products.
*Experience in a similar role
*Able to investigate and debug complex issue investigations
