My client is looking for a Handover/Transition Manager. You would be reporting to the Director of Healthcare System TRansformation and would be ensuring that ll risks to the transition from Primary Care Trust to Clinical Commissioning Group are identified and addressed. It requires a sound risk management approach as well as a knowledge of the current health service structural changes. This is a full time role based in Greater London.

Essential Skills required:
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Experience working on a Transition/Transformation project
