LOCATION: AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS

DURATION: 3 MONTHS +, EXTENSION VERY LIKELY, 36 HOURS A WEEK

THE CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A HADOOP ENGINEER WITH EXPERIENCE WITH DATALAKE AND MIGRATING DWH TO HADOOP. 

Experience with

- Hands-on experience with Hadoop Datalake, and migration of traditional DWH to an environment with Hadoop next to DWH
- Make decisions about what is smart to do on Hadoop (data pre-processing, ETL?), and what on the traditional DWH
- Experience with setting up workflow and security on hadoop"

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Datalake implementation and DWH  migration. Migration of traditional DWH to an environment with Hadoop next to DWH. Make decisions about what is smart to do on Hadoop (data pre-processing, ETL?), and what on the traditional DWH. Setting up workflow and security on Hadoop
