The candidate should have had experience in the following areas:
-Creating and optimizing large workloads and datasets
-Avro, Parquet, Hive, Pig, MapReduce
-Developing and executing data migration and manipulation scripts (particularly import of data)
-Java, Python, Unix (redhat)
-Lucene skills/experience desirable
