- Consolidate Programme Planning Activity
- Strong Planning experience
- Working in collaboration with business areas and/or 3rd party to achieve objectives
- Influencing of people at all levels within a change management organisation
- Leading and managing complex teams/or business units (non-IT) in a Matrix structure
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Highly experienced MSP Planner
- Prince 2 or equivalent
- Strong Planning Principles including Quality Assurance
- Dependency Management
- Strong, recent Insurance/Banking experience
- Agile & Rapid delivery methodologies
