Guidewire Claimcenter Developer

Beacon Hill Technologies has a 9 month contract opportunity for a Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer.

Job Details:

- Hands-on experience with the configuration and integration of the GuideWire ClaimCenter application.
- Strong demonstrated ability and experience with Gosu and Java.
- Ability to utilize business requirement to lead solution delivery.
- Ability to work with established software development life cycle (SDLC) standards and processes.
- Ability to thoroughly understand, document and mentor other contractors and team on code quality.
- Strong communications skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven coordination and facilitation skills.
- Strong demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- 4-8 years Gosu development experience and insurance industry expertise/knowledge
- Multiple Guidewire Certification(s) and implementations
- Multiple implementation(s)/experience with Claim Center
- Extensive programming background and direct hands-on coding knowledge expertise with Gosu
- Ability to lead mix of internal team and contractors
- Experience with leading code reviews
- Knowledge of ESB/Legacy systems/Legacy Languages [Cobol]/Legacy Data Migrations is a plus
- Technical Acumen for validating code streams and build life information within development tools.
- Flexible work schedule in the event of urgent change implementation
