Job Description

Context: In the frame of the Digital Proximus transversal program we want to accelerate the digital adoption by bridging IVR and web world (visual IVR) and by making customer experience smarter and more convenient when trying to find support information (Guided Contact Page).

Business benefits and rationale: Accelerate the digital adoption. Organise ourselves for the business criticality that the underlying system (MCSE) will have, and make sure that we have enough resources bandwidth available.

Mission: Make sure that the roadmap of several Guided Contact/Visual IVR journeys gets implemented in production.

Scope: the expected deliverables are:

- Contribute, mainly via tool configuration, in the realization of the 2017 roadmap of several Guided Contact/IVR implementations.
- Implement, configure, test and set in production the Guided Contact/visual IVR, in a set of pre-defined journeys, flows and (web) forms, like Sales & Care Leads solution, Domino App, MyProximus App (Contact Us).

Consultant's main task: configure the tool and test and deliver in production the configuration.

Consultant's profile: at ease with IT and tool configuration, semi-technical, with vivid interest in customer facing experience.
