Guest Relations Supervisor at De Vere Venues in Partnership with Barcl

De Vere Venues in partnership with Barclays Retail Banking operate 6 non residential learning centres across the UK that operates Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. We are looking for someone to join our team in Bristol.

We are looking for an individual with a great personality who can share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. You will be working in a busy environment which requires consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in either a Conference or Banqueting role/ Front Of House or within a similar role are required and you must be computer literate. Please note this role is 20 hours p/w.

The main function for this role is to ensure that all conference and training guests receive the highest standards of service and customer care through a proactive, efficient and personalised service to every guest every time. You will be the first point of contact for our trainers and guests providing a warm and informative welcome and introducing them to the centre and its facilities. You will be extremely customer focused and be able to deal with enquiries and queries in a pro active and efficient manner ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
