Scott Dunn is a leading luxury tour operator and we have an exciting opportunity in our Guest Enquiries team for someone who is looking to start their career in travel. This role is vital for the efficiency and success of the sales teams so you must be proactive and be able to use your initiative.

You must have a polite and courteous telephone manner, excellent communication skills, be extremely organised, have a flexible 'can do' attitude and be able to multitask.

You will be supporting the sales teams and duties will include taking phone calls from guests and filtering to the correct sales team, speaking to guests via the 'Live Chat' feature on our website, booking appointments for guests to speak to Travel Consultants, updating the website and maintaining the enquiry spreadsheet.
You will also learn all about the Scott Dunn product.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to take their first step into the luxury travel industry with an award winning specialist tour operator, working in a dedicated, energetic and vibrant team. Many of our Guest Enquiries Assistants move on to roles as Travel Consultants, Travel Co-ordinators and much more.

Training is provided but a good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel is required. Spoken
Spanish, Portuguese or Russian is desirable but not essential.
