*GTS Relationship Management Associate, Banking, Cash Management-St Paul's-3 months rolling contract*

A top tier investment bank based in St Paul's require a GTS Relationship Management Associate to manage the bank's key EMEA & ISB corporate clients in terms of EMEA booked revenue and strategic opportunity. Responsibilities include maintaining and growing revenue through account analysis and deepening client relationships.

Three main focus areas:
1.Increase client satisfaction
2.Optimise revenue growth
3.Deliver account management

*Protect and grow revenue organically/incrementally
*Build trust with the client and expand existing relationship
*Partner with Corporate Banking, Sales, Implementation and Servicing
*Actively engage in account planning
*Monitor revenue on closed deals and escalate if discrepancy to estimated revenue
*Manage day to day non transactional queries
*Identify cross-sell opportunities through account analysis
*Maintain pricing for clients (pricing changes, new services) and ensure all products and services are billed accordingly
*Conduct internal profitability and pricing reviews
*Manage additional business requests or modifications to existing client structure
*Ensure active engagement of deals in implementation and drive revenue ramp up for new business acquired "mandate to close"
*Manage all deal stages on Salesforce for Account Manager originated deals
*Attend complex implementation calls as required, escalate potential roadblocks early
*Help client to navigate the bank within GTS and other areas of the bank
*Manage client escalations
*Keep client informed of new products and services, and market updates
*Ensure engagement with GTS partners for key initiatives and projects
*Coordinate service reviews in partnership with Servicing and Implementation
*Attend client events where Account Management representation is required
