GTS IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
On behalf of our client, a global manufacturing organisation, we are looking for a GTS Implementation Manager with proven experience in Travel and Expenses management, knownedge of Traveldoo, GTS and SCM design and Project Management. For this six month contract position based just outside Zurich, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Travel and expenses subject matter expert
- Manages relationships between Traveldoo and ABB third party providers
- Lead the design of SCM go-live criteria
- Manage the transition from Travel manager to GTS country experts
- Drive standardization, and mitigate the number of gaps and support country and third party providers signoff on the design document within global standards
- Conduct regular risk assessment on SCM related topics
- Develop mitigation plan in line with GTS common design
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- Travel and expenses subject matter expert
- Project Management experience with a minimum of five years working in a global team
- Experience on Traveldoo global rollout
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Change Management skills
- A higher level education
LANGUAGES REQUIRED:
- English
LOCATION: OERLIKON, SWITZERLAND
DURATION: SIX MONTHS
START DATE: ASAP
