Staff manages support for MSC/MGW/HLR/STP/TSC on Project Activities, Customer Complaints, Operation, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance. Staff required ensuring all the operational stability and healthiness of the ZTE Core nodes towards Excellence Customer Experience (ECE).


1. Must be equipped with minimum 5 years ZTE product knowledge

2. Outage handling on core network and service recovery within MTTR of

3. Perform inter-connect testing for new POI.

4. Coordinate all migration activities according OPS SOPP

5. Coordinate all activities involving vendors' intervention in DiGi network.

6. Perform Health Check on all ZTE Core Switch nodes on regular basis.

7. Responsible for node acceptance for all new ZTE Core switch nodes.

8. Be proactively involved in all network improvement activities.

9. To introduce and conduct technical training to team member and counterparts.

10. To ensure MSC/MGW/HLR/TSC/STP network availability at all time.

11. To look into improvement in term of efficiency (time, cost, resource).

12. Software & hardware upgrade, software patches and network optimization.

13. To perform Critical WO on MSC/MGW/HLR/STP/TSC Configuration Data.

14. Trouble shoots on HW/SW fault for MSC/MGW/HLR/STP/TSC Node.

15. To perform and track on Preventive Maintenance on MSC/MGW/HLR/STP/TSC Node.

16. To liaise with counterparts on design issue and improvement.

17. Efficient and consistent reporting on activities related to MSC/MGW/HLR/STP/TSC.

18. To track, record and document on all info related to MSC/MGW/HLR/STP/TSC.

19. Follow up with vendors on any related issue regarding MSC/MGW/HLR/STP/TSC.

20. Complete the Expansion Activity (Sigtran, IuCS, and IP Pool) in house.

21. Complete the End to end core project involved and maintain record for the same.

22. Support other department to improve system improvement.

23. Core network Migration Support.

24. Hardware/Software fault diagnosis & rectification.

25. Provide Network support operation and maintenance processes and their implementation.

26. Improve network daily task and automation for new technology

27. Advantage if equipped with Ericsson knowledge


- At least a tertiary level qualification in Engineering, Technology, IT, Computer science or Management field or hold a professional qualification from a recognised body, though extensive relevant experience may be considered in place of this
- Constantly have a customer mindset ie able to think and react in ways that will be beneficial or cause least disruption to our customers
- Have an appreciation for good service level and customer experience, whilst having the ability to anticipate and mitigate problems
