GSM Civil work Site Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- Has Civil Engineering Degree
- Well experience in the work area of responsibility. 
- Has typical experience working as an installer or in civil works construction.
- Has experience working in Saudi Arabia.
- Candidates must have got experience of working on GSM civil works project

TASK

- Secure that work area is prepared for start of activity. Planning of activity and scheduling of work task. Call-off and coordinate of material and personnel Secure access to work area. Collect necessary documentation and instruction for work team. Report on deviation in documentation. Report on work progress
- Visual inspection on ongoing and completed work
- Report and act on quality issue on work area. Report and act on bad performance on external resources, deliveries and functions.
- Goods receive inspection. Report and replacement of damage goods Act on missing materials from order or delivery. Secure storage area for material and tools. Act on Claims for miss functioning items. Return of excess material Removal of packing and waste material.
- Supervise work team. Secure environmental, health and safety. Secure transport to and from work area for work team. Secure right level of competence in work team. Act on not complying competence level. Secure that local laws and regulation is followed. Ensure work team manners and manners
