GROUP TAX SPECIALIST
Experis IT Switzerland is urgently looking for a Group Tax Specialist to join one of their clients, a globally renowned organisation with a fantastic brand! For this six month contracting role (with a possibility of extension) we are looking for a candidate ideally with experience in a similar role to start ASAP who can speak fluent German and English.

ON THE JOB YOU WILL BE:
- Identify and follow-through on tax issues of M&A deals in case of acquisitions together with the local management and inhouse tax experts in the country and potentially negotiate with tax authorities about liabilities
- Develop and implement post acquisition integration plans with regard to legal entities and IP ownership
- Participate in negotiations of M&A deals for divestments and acquisitions in the dedicated countries regarding tax related issues, in particular deal structuring and assessing price optimisation through assessment of tax synergies
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- University degree with tax and accounting expertise and min. 10+ years experience in international tax matters or equivalent
- Experience in management of complex cross-functional/cross-divisional tax, cross-country projects
- Excellent communication skills Decisiveness and balanced risk management
- English and German Fluent in spoken and written
- Identify trends and define strategic action
- Team Player
LOCATION: Baden, Switzerland
START DATE: ASAP
