GROUP STRATEGY - REGULATORY STRATEGY & CHANGE DIRECTOR - UNIVERSAL BANK

A top tier universal bank have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced strategy or management consultant to move into industry and play a key leadership role in the group strategy function and support executive committee decision making.

Sitting in the group strategy function, you will work across the capital markets, asset/wealth management, corporate banking and retail banking sectors, supporting executive committee and chief investment committee decision making on contemporary and forward looking regulatory matters and in particular leading and directing high-level strategic change planning and implementation skills concerning group-wide operating models and business processes.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a high profile strategy function with high visibility to seniors stakeholders up to ExCo level and to work on large scale, high complexity change management initiatives.

You should apply for this role if you have:

- 10+ years top tier strategy consulting or management consulting experience
- Financial services experience including regulatory is absolutely essential
- Structured change management skills including operating model and process design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and manage stakeholders
- First class academics from redbrick universities, preferably MSc/PhD educated

This is a Director level role compensated from £120,000 - £150,000 basic + bonus + benefits.
