For our client, global banking company located in Zurich is looking for a GROUP SOURCING CONTRACT MANAGER for a 6-Months contract.
Group Sourcing Contract Manager CH
Are you an experienced and seasoned CONTRACT MANAGER IN THE IT INDUSTRY? Do you have the commercial acumen to work in a rapidly changing environment? You'll be working in the Group Sourcing Commercial Services Team. We're responsible for developing and executing the firm's sourcing strategy, and for maximising the value derived from our third party engagements.
We are looking for someone to manage large complex global service agreements to ensure that bank receive the expected deliverables on time and at the agreed quality and cost.
YOU HAVE:
* extensive experience of post signature management of large (multi-million) and complex ITO or Cloud agreements with expertise in outsourcing methodologies, contracts and commercial models;
* extensive experience with managing disputes with third parties on financials and legal terms along with the ability to understand, interpret and draw conclusions from contractual terms;
* the distinct ability to self-manage, identify and clearly articulate risks and issues as they arise;
* the discipline to operate in accordance with an established Vendor Management Framework.
YOU ARE:
* a good communicator, you will be expected to interact with senior leadership in bank requiring maturity and a strong emphasis on concise and accurate communication, both written and verbal;
* used to working effectively with staff from a diverse mix of backgrounds and cultures.
