Group Reward Manager

I have an exciting opportunity to join a FTSE100 company as a Group Reward Manager with a particular focus on Executive Compensation. 

This is a 12 month maternity cover on a day rate contract and offers the chance to help redefine a blue chip companies Global Reward strategy.

The correct candidate should be:

- Degree educated
- Proven experience working in compensation and benefits both for the UK and internationally
- Ability to be Operational and Strategic.
- Very numerate and analytical with ability to manipulate data using medium to advanced Excel skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Enjoy collaborating with team members and HRBPs on short-term projects and long-term implementations
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Commercially minded and pragmatic solution finder
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity
