IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Pricing and business intelligence planning (finance and operational) and controlling including operationalization of pricing & business intelligence strategy
-Proactive engagement and development of a pricing & BI community cross-regionally to drive strategic change, ensuring collaboration and buy in across the business
-Promoting and communicating pricing & BI strategy to build and maintain relationships and deliver positive perception with internal/external stakeholders
-Oversight of pricing & business intelligence needs (current & future) through close collaboration with pricing & BI team globally in order to understand key pain points, common themes, opportunities and ensure pricing & BI operates as an effective function
-Leadership of key global pricing projects & initiatives, including strategic reviews
-Leadership of global L&D capability development activities for pricing & BI, including development & maintenance of a training & development framework and global training programs
-Develops self in all areas, operates with integrity, maintains commitment to and accountability for quality results, navigates uncertainty with confidence

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-In-depth Pricing and BI experience within a large and complex financial services or customer driven organisation
-Thorough understanding of the insurance market place, including industry practices and regulation
-Multi-level leadership skills and the ability to operate and influence within a virtual team in a matrix organization
-Broad commercial knowledge and sound business and financial acumen
-Understanding of key technological developments in pricing and BI and how these may be leveraged for efficiency and effectiveness
-Technical knowledge of products and services
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
