Essential Skills:
- Ability to competently challenge asset valuation models, inputs and assumptions
- Ability to perform independent price verification for asset valuations (including fair value modelling experience for OTC derivatives and less liquid Fixed Income).
- Quantitative Finance with Investment pricing experience
- CF
- Actuary with Investment pricing experience
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Independent Price verification/Middle Office is preferred
- Experience in relationships, with external data providers and ability/willingness to challenge results and current approaches
- Good communication skills, capable of briefing upwards on areas of risk
- Ability to analyse and solve complex problems
