- Customer Service Experience
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Listening to call recordings and summarizing the grievance issues from the call
- Creating grievance and appeals cases out of the summaries and categorizing the issues
- Splitting each issue into individual cases
- Calling members to clarify issues
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Previous experience with intake coordination and dictation, grievance and appeals, or transcription of calls and voicemails preferred
- Must have excellent writing, verbal, and customer service skills
- Attentive listening and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and typing
