GRESHAM APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST

LOOKING FOR A GRESHAM APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST FOR A LONG-TERM ASSIGNMENT BASED IN AMSTERDAM. Your Primary focus will be on the CTC Gresham application which is used for financial reconciliations. The application is to replace the Intellimatch application. To this end, new reconciliations are to be created in CTC Gresham which provide the same information as currently provided by Intellimatch. The application specialist will operate within an agile team. Apart from creating reconciliations within CTC Gresham, the application specialist will be co-responsible for technical support, incident and problem management and life cycle management on the CTC Gresham application.

SKILLS

- Affinity with ITIL processes
- Affinity with Agile SCRUM methods and techniques
- General banking knowledge and knowledge of securities business, familiar with the concepts of reconciliation.
- Demonstrable experience with Windows Server and Linux platforms in an administrator role
- Experience with programming languages Java, Python, PL/SQL, XML
- Affinity with development environments and CI/CD/Development tools GIT, BitBucketm Bamboo, Chef or similar
- Familiar with Oracle, PostgreSQL and MS SQL databases
- Affinity with BIRT and/or Crystal Reports reporting tools or willingness to learn
- Affinity with TMAP testing methods
- Workflow management: Atlassian tools JIRA and Confluence (used for Global Wiki)
- Strongly developed analytical and innovative skills
