Greenhouse Technician Job

GREENHOUSE TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in WINTERVILLE, MS.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Must have a knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a greenhouse environment.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs.
- Must also be able to keep things in order, following and matching numbers daily.
- Should be able to perform greenhouse task after detailed training and instruction.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Perform duties in a greenhouse environment such as seeding, watering, thinning of plants, moving of plants and assist with spraying of plants.
- Clean and count seed, organize seed packets, soil preparation, planting, sampling, staking, harvesting, and clean up.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Requires Associates degree and zero to three (0-3) years of experience in the field or in a related area.
