Graphic Facilitator

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a GRAPHIC FACILITATOR to join our client in Cupertino, CA.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Graphic Facilitator will be working with customers/program managers to develop and execute the Digital Operations & Supply Chain Communications Management Systems including Inside company Intranet content, OES General Communication deliverables, Quarterly, monthly and bi weekly newsletters.

Job Responsibilities:
- Working with OTG Manager to develop and execute Inside company Operationsprovide graphic and communication advisory services, planning and content for major programs/projects.
- Accountable to meet the OTG determined graphic and communication Production service level agreements for all five areas of focus: Digital Operations and Supply Chain Communications Mgmt. System production, Inside Amazon graphic and communications content, deliver as a visual graphic facilitator and provide Graphic and communication advisory services.

Job Qualifications:
- Expert at appropriate client/customer engagement presence/process from executive to all levels of the organization
- Expert in "best in class" Graphic and Communicate platforms (w/various tools such as Adobe, wiki, SharePoint, captivate)
- Expert at e learning management administration support for Cornerstone -primary eLearning platform for Amazon.
- Expert Visual graphic facilitation, including enduring and meaningful outcome documentation
- Expert in all Microsoft Office programs, including SharePoint
- Proficient with hands on experience at Intranet Web designer (using SharePoint) to create Intranet web site
