Graphic Designer (Web App Design Experience)

Title: Graphic Designer (Web App Design)
Location: Zurich
Duration: ASAP for 6 months

Responsibilities:

- Support Interaction Designers on Google Calendar product design projects
- Prepare and organize assets
- Design help as needed

Experience & Skills:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Portfolio with examples of digital production and/or design work.
- Product design work a plus.
- Proficiency in Macintosh platforms
- Able to partner with development teams in the creation of production ready assets
- Proficiency in Sketch 4 and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience creating style-guides and/or design specification documents
- Ability to work within an established brand identity
- Demonstrated knowledge of design principles and practices: layout, color theory, typography
- Familiarity with the Google Docs product suite

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of production and design
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects, manage time
- Communication skills: proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Interpersonal skills: capability to work in a team environment, meeting and collaborating with a variety of disciplines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
