Graphic Designer Job

GRAPHIC DESIGNER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Lancaster, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Temporary assignment, six plus (6+) months with possible extension!

- Illustrator and Photoshop Knowledge

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Participate in concept development
- Drive design from concept through market execution
- Understand and execute Client brand standards and Residential Flooring visual standards
- Develop visual materials as required for effective presentations and participate in the decision process
- Ensure all elements are properly prepared for post-creative production
- Work with internal and external constituencies to accomplish residential marketing goals
- Work with Product Marketing Specialists to manage the design process and creative outputs to meet budgets, timelines, and job requirements
- Understand Residential Floor Marketing, products lines, channel issues, and customer types to be able to recommend customer-focused solutions on a consistent basis.
- Work with other Graphic Designers to inspire and share design initiatives to provide unique, on-target creative solutions
- Work with accuracy and attention to detail to provide quality outputs

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Education minimum: Associates degree with Graphic Design, Design, or other related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one to three (1-3) years of experience
- Expert knowledge of applications including but not limited to In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, FTP Site, Data File Management Systems
- A passion for learning about new technology and design trends
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Works well in a fast-paced environment with high volume project turn around
- Communication strengths a must
- Team/Goal Oriented with project and process ownership of design, timelines, and product output
