MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Participate in visual design brainstorms for Games, Apps and Developer Experiences
- Design next generation Developer tools and apps, pushing the boundaries of the platform, from the ground up
- Design, propose, and present scalable and concise visual models and language for core developer and app scenarios
- Ensure design collateral is effectively delivered to the engineering team to the agreed upon level of quality and timeline
- Write visual design specifications and or motion studies for 1, 2 and 10 App Experiences

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Expert level with design tools (ie Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Thorough but concise communicator, detail orientated
- Stronger visual skills and real life examples to demonstrate
- 5+ years experience as a Senior Designer/Designer and a history of working at larger scale advertising agencies or companies
- Preferred candidate would have skills specializing in interactive/digital, with experience in UI and Campaign design for mobile, tablet, and web
- Additional experience in motion or coding a plus
- Self-motivation, organization skills, and ability to handle working in a faster-paced environment (when needed), is passionate about what they do & always pushing to do something even better and a team player
