Due to continued successful growth our client, a leading IT services and solutions organisation are looking to develop their recruitment strategy to include a number of new programmes across the business, including:

Graduate programmes and Industrial placements.

Strong understanding of Recruitment markets and various methods of engagement and attraction

Expertise in building Employee Value proposition in line with company positioning

Expertise in building a social media presence in recruitment markets

A strong communicator, an ability to proactively build rapport, manage priorities and organise own workload

Understands stakeholders, has the ability manage needs

Experience in delivering projects on time with demonstrated ROI

Knowledge of University structures and engagement points for relationship and research purposes

Ability to build recruitment strategies related to placement students, apprenticeships, post-Graduates and 2nd jobbers

Previous experience in managing schemes for school leavers, students, graduate and post-graduates

Strong Microsoft skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
