Graduate Recruitment & Development Coordinator

My clients a leading Bank based in Canary Wharf currently seek a Graduate Recruitment & Development Coordinator, 27-30k.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong recruitment/HR administrative skills and a keen interest in Graduate Recruitment & Development to contribute to a busy and collaborative team.

Reporting directly in the Global Head of Graduate Recruitment & Development and provide key support to the Diversity Recruiter this role will has excellent exposure to support crucial initiative, programmes and projects.

Main administrative duties will fall across:

Diversity Recruitment - marketing, events, projects, recruitment tracking, budgeting
Global Management Information & Reporting - MI reporting supporting global rotational graduate development programme
Communications - management of learning portal, support PowerPoint presentation production, newsletters, e-updates
Budget & Invoicing
Diary Management

The successful candidate will ideally have experience gained within GRADUATE RECRUITMENT/DEVELOPMENT at a PROFESSIONAL/FINANCIAL SERVICES organisation.
