My banking client is looking for a Graduate Recruiter to provide support to the Graduate Recruitment Team on the execution of campus events and selection days.

The successful candidate will co-ordinate and execute the marketing strategy and selection process for Summer Intern Analyst/Graduate hires across a Global Private Banking client.

The candidate MUST have:
- Proven graduate recruitment and marketing experience
- Great deal of understanding of different educational systems
- SHL Level A qualification
- Vendor Management experience
- Detailed knowledge of HR systems, databases and applicant tracking systems
- Great competency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Assessment centre planning experience

Global Financial Services experience is essential.
