Graduate Recruiter

My client, a leading consultancy group, based in the City of London currently seek a graduate recruiter c. £40k. This is a great opportunity to join this international company and really build a long lasting relationship with key European university contacts. The role will be responsible for; - Driving the recruitment effort for the designated region - meaning creative and strategic thinking - Being the driving force for all on campus activities - Managing all Campus projects and being present at all Campus events - End to end support of all key recruitment programs ranging from summer interns to winter placements - Be a market expert - know current trends and patterns that the market/competitors are following - Highlighting exceptional candidates through the program and then coaching and mentoring throughout The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria; - Experience of relationship building, both clients and colleagues, as well as the ability to manage key stakeholders and build networks quickly - Target driven - ability to deal with numerous projects and plan year or year - Excellent Project manager skills - Strategic planning experience - Strong Analytical skills - able to critically analyse whilst planning for future market trends - Strong team player - Multi lingual - with a strong knowledge of Top European Universities To register your interest please forward on a copy of your CV for immediate consideration.
