To work with the business globally to co-ordinate and execute the marketing / attraction strategy and selection process for Full Time and Summer Intern Analyst (Graduate) hires across Global Markets, Global Research.

To act as lead on the review and global coordination of the analyst selection process across all programmes.

Campus Relationships & Marketing

* Work with relevant business sponsors to plan and execute the target university and on-campus strategy, evaluating the success of the previous campaign and ensuring business priorities are understood and realised.
* Create annual campus resourcing plans for relevant business areas, ensuring a true global picture and co-ordinated effort, and ensure these are executed with the business.
* Own and build active relationships and knowledge base with defined target universities under remit. Ensure cross-business activity is developed and a partnership approach with fellow Analyst Recruiters and the global team in order to present a united face on campus.
* Build ongoing, year-round relationships with university careers services and graduate societies etc. to effectively plan and execute all campus event logistics for milk round campaign for relevant target universities under ownership, becoming the subject matter expert.

Annual Selection Methodology Review (all programmes)

* Provide support to the Global Head of Graduate Recruitment & Development on the annual review and design of the selection and assessment methodology across all Global Businesses and Functions programmes to ensure the approach and operational delivery is tailored to respond to each business's needs.
* Work with Head of Global Head of Graduate & Development to develop and produce full suite of selection / assessment centre materials (eg. interview / case study materials, assessor marking frames, assessor and candidate briefing packs and debrief matrices etc).
* Support Global Head of GR&D to ensure external selection vendor is fully briefed and clear as to objectives and priorities.
* Review functionality and project manage delivery of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring it meets global recruitment needs.
