GRADUATE PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME

A FTSE 250 energy and facilities company are currently recruiting for the latest intake within their project management development programme.

The programme offers bright, enthusiastic individuals the chance to develop and learn leadership and project management skills at an innovative, forward thinking organisation.

This role will involve shadowing an existing project manager, whilst having a large amount of autonomy in their daily duties.

Managing a variety of team sizes and technical specialisms, this person will be required to manage a wide range of people, schedules, and facilities and regularly report back to the principal project manager.

Initially on a 3-month contract, this period will be an intense, yet rewarding part of the professional development in this persons management programme. After this there is the strong possibility of a permanent position on offer to people that impress and show an aptitude to learn.

This position will be based in Central London with frequent travel to client sites. Please only apply for this position if you have a driving licence, have access to a car and are willing to travel in and around London and the South East.

If you have a 2:1 degree in engineering, surveying, numerate, business related or a technical subject and are looking for a career in project management, this organisation could be the perfect start to your project management career.

The candidate does not necessarily have to be straight out of university, and the organisation will look at people who have some relevant industry experience in engineering, facilities management or project management.
