I have a new and exciting opportunity for a Marketing Analyst to join a leading financial services provider in the heart of Bristol for an initial 12 month contract to join the Implementation team; responsible for managing the marketing data systems, delivering customer facing insights activity including leads, direct marketing and research selections. The successful candidate will build, design and test campaign data sets to the specification of a campaign brief.

You will be responsible for:

1. Working as part of a cross functional team to implement a customer interaction plan into the marketing systems
2. Designing and implementing new contact programmes that will deliver significant value for business teams in product, channel and brand
3. Transferring ad-hoc campaign activity into continuous trigger based communications that are highly automated
4. Seamlessly transferring ongoing activity into our execution team in a robust and timely manner
5. Increasing the sophistication of the customer messaging to deliver highly personalised interactions to your customers through their channel of choice.
6. Liaising with stakeholders when dealing with campaign set up, queries and test issues.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with 2-3 years experience in an analytical role but is not mandatory. The candidate must be inquisitive and have a keen eye for problem solving.
There will be training provided for the successful candidate (including SQL skills for data interrogation) but an understanding of marketing campaigns and campaign management will be highly beneficial.
