My clients a leading Law firm based in the City ofLondoncurrently seek a Graduate/Trainee Development Manager c.65k 12month FTC. Working in this reputable and international Law firm you will play a pivotal role managing the Graduate Development team taking overall responsibility for managing a high volume of trainees across post grad studies, a two-year development programme and qualification. In this busy and demanding role you will have the reward of delivering through your team across the following key responsibilities: - Prospective Trainees - contact and management around seat allocation - Trainee Development Programme/ Training contact - support Partners and Managers and Trainees with appropriate guidance in regards to seat allocation, assist in training delivery, ensure all SRA guidelines are adhered to - International Seat move and secondment management - Analyse survey data around seat moves and secondments - Play key role in trainee career development and appraisal - Run trainee focus groups - HR responsibilities - liaison with wider HR team and manage personal problems, absences etc. The ideal candidate will an experienced passionate and proactive self starter and will meet the following criteria: Strong specialist GRADUATE/TRAINEE DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE ideally gained within a PARTNERSHIP/LAW/PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ENVIRONMENT however strong specialist from large commercial organisations also of considerable interest.
