Joining Capita as a Service Complaints Handler is a fantastic opportunity to put your investigative and customer service skills to the test.

We'll give you all the training you need, providing you're IT literate with strong customer service skills and the ability to think on your feet, or if you're someone with proven experience in financial services, although this is not essential.

The role involves investigating service complaints from our customers and coming to a speedy and agreeable resolution.

It's a role with lots of variety and plenty of challenge - plus good prospects too. The experience you gain could lead to a permanent role in financial services, investigations or customer services.
