ROLE PURPOSE
To work with the business globally to co-ordinate and execute the marketing/attraction strategy and selection process for FT/Summer Intern Analyst (Graduate) hires across Private Banking.
To provide additional support to the Analyst Recruitment Team on the execution of campus events and selection days across Technology, Finance, Compliance and Operations programmes as required.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven graduate recruitment and marketing experience (ideally within a global Financial Services or Professional Services environment)
- Previous assessment centre planning/facilitation experience
- SHL Level A qualified
- Good understanding of different educational systems (Europe, Americas, Asia-Pacific)
- Competent user of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience of HR systems/databases/Applicant Tracking Systems
- Vendor management experience (preferable)
- Graduate calibre
