GRADUATE CAMPUS RECRUITER - CANARY WHARF BASED - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Bank of America Merrill Lynch is currently seeking to recruit a Campus Recruiter to join their Human Resources Talent organisation division in the offices based in Canary Wharf, London.

This role will sit in the HR Talent organisation at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Campus Recruitment team identifies, attracts and recruits graduates and undergraduates into the Bank's Analyst and Associate campus programmes. Working closely with the Marketing and Diversity teams and Campus Recruiters, this role as Campus Recruiter (University Strategy Specialist) will be responsible for planning, executing and reviewing firm-wide strategy and events across our EMEA target universities.

Key skills for a Campus Recruiter:
*In dept knowledge of graduate landscape, diversity in campus recruitment and campus marketing needs.
*Knowledge of UK and European university landscape
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Proven experience in managing supplier relationships
*Demonstrated business acumen and experience in Financial of Professional services
*Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced, dynamic, flexible and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities of a Campus Recruiter:

University Strategy:
*Drive planning and execution of EMEA events and on-campus marketing initiatives (presentations, career fairs, webinars) ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
*Drive University Lead and Campus Ambassador Programme initiatives.
*Take ownership of specific university partnerships, organise on-campus activities that facilitate brand awareness and maximise sponsorship opportunities.
*Determine University budgets, tracking and monitoring events and sponsorship spend

Marketing and Attraction:
*Vendor liaison with contracted student research, events and advertising agencies
*Coordinate market research, surveys, focus groups to identify graduate trends, create reports and asses effectiveness of target school strategies.
*Manage marketing collateral preparation and proofing to ensure consistent messaging and accuracy of materials distributed on campus.
*Liaise with corporate partners such as corporate communications, marketing, legal and compliance to gain required approval for materials where necessary.
