LOCATION: Central London
DURATION: 6 months initially
SALARY: £25-£28k per annum.
ROLE OUTLINE:
As Business Development Representative you will be taking on a telephone-based sales-focused role, prospective potential clients.
YOU WILL BE:
- Prospecting calls to develop new business.
- Lead qualification through a combination of phone and email outreach.
- Arranging client visits to introduce and promote.
- Closing license arrangements with prospective clients.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
- Ideally 1-2 years business to business selling experience, with the ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Results oriented with the ability to manage all aspects of new account selling: networking, prospecting, third-party relationship management and closing.
- Self motivated and able to manage your own time.
- Ability to solve problems quickly with an emphasis on taking action.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability to movement within a fast paced business environment.
- Willingness to be involved in special global projects.
Also highly desirable would be:
- A strong understanding of the undergraduate and graduate University system.
- Knowledge/experience selling in the recruitment technology space an advantage.
- Experience selling to senior decision makers in HR/Recruitment.
