Graduate Building Surveyor 6 Month FTC

We are a multi disciplined consultancy who operate within a broad spectrum of market sectors and covering a multitude of disciplines including Building Surveying, Project Management, Architecture, M&E and Structural & Civil Engineering. We are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our busy office in Blackburn.
We have just been awarded a project working with the Education Funding Agency (EFA) to carry out condition surveys on approximately 2140 schools across Yorkshire, Humberside and the North East.
The Graduate will be responsible for carrying out quality assurance across the team ensure the maintenance of all job files and appropriate instruction records, co-ordinating the Surveyors diaries and supporting the Surveying team.
The successful candidate will also get the opportunity to shadow the Surveyors and go out and carry out surveys with the team.
