GRADUATE ANALYST X2 - UTILITIES - ENERGY - TEMPORARY

Calling all recent Graduates. The employment opportunity of the year has arisen with one of our global clients. They are looking for a number of Graduate Analysts to work on a temporary contract basis alongside their sales/commercial team to help with their continued growth in the UK Energy market.

These contracts will last 3/4 Months and have a strong possibility of turning into a permanent position depending on your progress.

My client, based in Manchester, simply put is one of the biggest in the world. They specialise in supplying energy to businesses across Europe and are a world renowned company, and not only in their sector. Whilst having a global presence my clients like to do things differently and are always aiming to provide the best customer service possible.

For this role the main responsibilities include:-

- Providing commodity curves to sales teams to retain existing trading and sales margins until this can become automated.
- Create daily, weekly and monthly reports to aid Commercial/Support team.
- Create bespoke client reports based around commodity and non commodity risk.

Candidates should possess the following skills/experiences/qualifications:

- Candidates should have strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to deal with a range of stakeholders at various levels.
- Advanced Excel skills are a must as well as having gained a degree with a mathematical, economical or statistical emphasis.
- Moreover candidates should have strong customer service skills ideally and any previous experience of working in either the financial or energy sector would be highly advantageous.
