Graduate/Academic Alliance Program Manager

Responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of academic institutions to enable academic alliances and graduate programs in the region. This role works closely with the HR team as well as with the local business. Candidate will work in a challenging role with key interfaces both globally and regionally as part of a world class sales organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

DEVELOPMENT OF THE GRADUATION PROGRAM

- Development of a Graduation Program for technical graduates in Middle East and Africa. Develop the program in close relation with HR team and within the guidelines of the company.
- Ensure content is sensitive to the local business culture and the tools and methodologies are effective and in line with the level of the students.
- Work closely with all stakeholders in the process; Local Management, HR, Staffing, EMEA Management. Ensure structural updates of the plan to the stakeholders.

DEVELOPMENT OF ACADEMIC ALLIANCES

- Build relationships with the Universities in Saudi, United Arab Emirates and Africa to enable partnerships on specific training programs
- Work internally with Education Services, HR, Sales and other departments to fulfil requirements of universities

RECRUITMENT

- Create relationships with leading universities to ensure the best talent in the Graduate Program
- Search and select together with the Staffing team the best available talent for the Graduate Program
- Organize and take part in assessment center for graduates
- Be the contact person for students, universities, agency and internal staffing.
- Training needs analysis

ROLL OUT OF THE GRADUATE PLAN

- Own the Graduate plan and ensure timely roll out involving all necessary external sources within the timelines and budget.
- Be the go to person throughout the Program for the mentors of the students as well as the business and functions.
- Manage and coach the students to ensure a positive experience. Solve any possible issues during the running of the Program.
- Vendor management: work closely with external vendors both globally and within region.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

- Extensive network in Academic world in Middle East & Africa especially Saudi
- Previous experience of developing graduate plans and setting up alliances with Universities
- Experience in managing the implementation of Graduate and Alliance Programs
- Ability to build relationships throughout the organization.
- Master's Degree desired, Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent managing, presenting and communication skills

- Fluency in Arabic and English
