Experienced GP SYSTEMS SUPPORT ANALYST required for NHS client based Nr. Birmingham, West Midlands

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF GP CLINICAL SYSTEMS - SystmOne, Emis Web and Vision.

EXPERIENCE OF ASSISTING GP PRACTICES WITH DATA QUALITY ISSUES AND RESOLVING CLINICAL SYSTEMS ISSUEs

EXPERIENCE OF PROVIDING CLINICAL SUPPORT TO PRACTICES DURING CLINICAL SYSTEMS MIGRATIONS.

ABILITY TO CREATE SEARCHES, REPORTS, TEMPLATES IN SYSTMONE, EMIS WEB AND VISION

THE ROLE:

The post holder will provide support to end users of GP clinical systems to support business, clinical and operational requirements. You will support the collation, analysis and interpretation of quality data and assist practices with support to system users, investigating and resolving failures and issues and escalating those they are unable to resolve appropriately. Provide a systems administration function in order to maintain appropriate local reference files for the system.

You will be required to establish good working relationships and clear communications with staff from internal or external organisations. These working relationships need to be effective at every level and across all disciplines. The role will require motivational and performance management skills to ensure objectives are communicated in an appropriate manner, presenting technical issues to non-technical audiences.
