Projektbeschreibung
The successful candidate will preferably have direct experience in driving international field-oriented projects and skilled in technologies including SharePoint, Lync, Skype, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Program Management
- Development and management of the Community Capacity development programs (program design, plan socialization, execution at scale): 4 to 5 programs (On Boarding, Mentoring, Aware, Diversity) are in scope for the fiscal year.
- Integrate and innovate: Programs need to be tightly integrated within the corporate legal dept framework; however, these programs should also leverage top of class Best Practices from across the organization and from external benchmarked practices, as needed.
- Program impact measurement: Identification and tracking of success metrics for the program.
- Event Management: Bi-yearly large scale international community event management (Internal events). These events potentially address audience of 200 + people.
- Internal Communication: Community SharePoint content, contact lists kept current.
- Content Development: Readiness content development (On Boarding guide and deck refresh, podcasts, other formats) as needed.
- Work with diverse content and design vendors in the execution of diverse communication materials.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong program management and impeccable execution skills
- Proven agility in cross-group collaboration across business, legal, policy and technical teams
- Ability to synthesize diverse and complex inputs into clear, yet nuanced content and tools
- Strong communication skills (verbal, visual and written)
- Capacity to simultaneously work on multiple complex projects with aggressive deadlines and drive them to successful completion
