Governance & Risk Manager - Financial Services, Control

A major financial client abased in Northamptonshire are looking for a Governance and Risk Manager

Experience/skills required
Experience in management roles within a risk, compliance or an oversight type role with experience of risk and control assessment
Significant experience in undertaking and developing robust control environments
Successful senior stakeholder management - internal & external - particularly across channels and stakeholders sets eg Compliance/Risk
Detailed knowledge and understanding of control frameworks and the components of identification, assessment and control
Detailed knowledge of Corporate Governance, including Regulated practices and compliance requirements
PC literate - Microsoft Office suite
Ability to develop interfaces and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at Senior Manager/SME/Compliance level.
Communication and presentation skills to deliver effective interaction with individuals and teams ranging from front-line staff up to senior level .
Creative and strategic thinking in order to drive results
