Governance Project Manager

Project Manager contract requirement within an exciting banking programme of work to be based in Halifax.

This role is working specifically on the implementation of a 7 day switcher proposition for Current Account redirection services. Providing Governance Project Management across multiple work streams.

You will be required to:

1. Manage Programme/Project Governance
2. Governance & Reporting - provide a holistic view across the Programme via production of various status reports.
3. Resource Management (internal/external) include resource forecasting, on-boarding etc.
4. Stakeholder Management - including the ability to customise and manage messages to various audiences, from project team members to Exec stakeholders.
5. Finance - Management of costs against budget and business case submissions
6. Planning - Develop and manage overall Project Plans
7. RAIDS Management - Monitoring of Risk, Issues, Assumptions & Dependencies ensuring mitigating actions/owners in place
8. Monitoring & Control - applying a variety of project methodologies to monitor & control

In order to be successful in the role, your demonstrable skills should include experience in applying a variety of Project Management Methodologies, sound planning and organisational abilities, excellent programme governance experience, you must be an excellent team player, and have very strong communication/stakeholder engagement skills.
